:: Molang Hot Chocolate Plushie ::

Molang Hot Chocolate Plushie

I haven't posted a real tutorial in ages, sorry guys!
I know it's not really summery, but it was rainy when I decided to make it and I wanted hot chocolate. It may have also been an excuse for me to make whipped cream.

The pattern is here. Its really messy, so if you want me to redo it just let me know!
Materials:
-White felt
-Brown felt
-Pink felt
-Matching thread
-Stuffing

1) Cut out the pieces according to the pattern
2) Sew the face onto the front
3) Sew the front and the back together
4) Sew the side around the bottom
5) Sew the top on and stuff as you go

6) Sew the handle onto the side

7) Make the whipped cream by sewing all the points together and pulling it tight

8) Sew the whipped cream on top and enjoy!
Do you like hot chocolate?

~Amy~

  1. Cutesy. I try not to eat chocolate and I manage - I lost a lot of weight and I'm glad :) But there were times when I ate it and drank it.

  2. This is absolutely adorable! I think Molang is an adorable character although I don't see him a whole lot. Thanks for making this great simple tutorial. For me, I don't really drink hot chocolate. The packaged stuff is not for me, so I'm waiting for REAL hot chocolate where you just take melted chocolate and mix it with milk and maybe a little spice. At least that is how I think you would make it from scratch. Thanks again!

    1. Thank you so much! I love Molang. :)

I don't really like packages hot chocolate either, so the way I usually make mine is by mixing steamed milk and cocoa powder. But I bet the way that you describe would be AMAZING!

    2. Ooh, your way doesn't seem too bad. How do you steam milk, out of curiosity? I should really try my version to see if it will come out like I think it will.

    3. I actually use part of a coffee maker, but I also like to just do it on the stove. :)
