{Review} Lush Phoenix Rising Bath Bomb

Hello Lovelies!
I'm back with another review for you today! Those are becoming much more common around here.
Today's review is the first I've ever done on a bath bomb, and only my second time using one.

My first impression of this was that I loved the scent and the colour. It's actually quite big, too, so I broke it in half and used it for two baths which worked quite well for me.

On the Lush website, it says this:
"... this gorgeous bomb sinks to the bottom of the tub when you toss it in, and slowly rises up, fizzing out a spicy apple and cinnamon scent."
It stays true to this and does fizz for a while at the bottom until it rises to the top.
On the inside, I noticed a little bit of blue/green. This faded away fairly quickly, though.
When this in done fizzing it leaves a pretty purple along with a lovely apple cinnamon scent as it it softens your skin.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this bath bomb. Unfortunately, it is now discontinued.
Have you tried this before? What do you think of it?

Oh, and happy St. Patrick's day!

~Amy~

  4. I've never tried any LUSH bath bombs, let alone, any LUSH products before, but every time I read a review about it I want to buy one, hehe ^^ the colouring of this one is really pretty, although based by the colors I didn't expect it to smell like apple & cinnamon.

Happy St. Patrick Day's to you too!

  14. I absolutely LOVE Lush bath bombs! They all smell amazing and make taking a bath fun. (As crazy as that sounds!)

I always split mine in half as well. I find that half is more than enough :)
